Mrs. Comella Culver

Comella Fisher was born August 30, 1939 in Holmes County, Mississippi to the late Mack and Ida Fisher. Comella is preceded in death by 5 brothers, 4 sisters and 1 daughter. Comella received Christ early in her life at "May Bethel", the family church in Jonestown, Mississippi. She received her education as well in the Mississippi school system. On August 26, 1963, Comella married the love of her life, Lawrence "Larry" Culver (deceased) and to this union 1 child was born into the already blended family which then included Anne Calvr Branham and Patricia Culver Martin Miles, aka, "The Culver Girls". Comella and Larry relocated to California where Comella obtained employment with Northrup Corporation, which she proudly retired from in 1996. Comella was giving, loving, fierce, honoring, entertaining and independent. She had the smile of a goddess and once you met her, she had a presence yu could not forget! Comella leaves to mourn her memory a daughter; Patricia Martin-Miles; 3 grandchildren: Melissa Branham, De Lontae Martin and Darnae Howell; 2 great-grandchildren: Seamus Braham and Samonte' Jennings; as well as 5 sisters: Rosie Julion, Lucille Gladney, Permella Moore, Betiye Hines and Thelma Holloman as well as a host of family and friends.
